Facebook Posts
The use of Facebook posts on each SignatureCare page helps us stay relevant on our customers news feed. We publish our blog posts twice a week, to generate traffic to our website and for SEO purposes. In addition to our blog posts we post articles daily that are relevant to our customers, we publish articles about recalls that may be relevant to them or other news pegs in addition to fun articles with tips for success.
Utilizing Customer Interaction
Although the last thing on a persons mind, when expriencing an emergency, is to read reviews, at SignatureCare I utilized customer reviews to and check ins to make each page more interactive. By allowing customers to review the page, and check in it invites them to interact with the brand, allowing them a sense of familiarity and comfort. In addition to that it creates a sense of validation for first time customers to see that people were treated in a timely fashion, with one-on-one care. Using check-ins allow for a sense of validation for new users because they can see other members of their community have been to SignatureCare.
Using Facebook 360
Because the facilities at SignatureCare are state-of-the art and newly renovated, we implimented a Google 36o feature on each Facebook page for each location under a “See Inside Our ER” tab. We know that one of our strengths is the ER aesthetic, it is clean, modern and inviting. Sometimes that will be the determining factor that sets us apart from our competitors. Using Directions and Geography Feature
We utilize the “Get Directions” and geography feature on each Instagram page to convert customers faster by making the locating process easier. Each customer is able to see how far said location is from them and get directions without a multi-step process. This is good for spur of the moment conversions as many in the Emergency Room business tend to be.
